It is about 500 meters away from the South Railway Station. In 2019, the Zhongchuang Commercial Center was invested and developed by the China Science and Technology Development Institute. The all-round business complex will help Kunshan's economic transformation and development. The entire project covers an area of about 26,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 174,000 square meters. Among them, the 1st to 4th floors above ground are commercial podium buildings, with a construction area of about 35,800 square meters.
